Crossway Junction plays coffee houses, churches, festivals, camps, retreats (ok, we’ll play anywhere God calls us). You name the place and we’ll be there to relay the Word of God, through contemporary Christian music!

JuNcTiOn:

Teddy Baudoin, Jr. - There should always be a strong, dedicated leader for every effective music ministry. TJ is central in keeping the group Christ-centered using his inspirational insight mixed with his willingness to let God be his leader. His constant sense of humor helps to keep the members of Crossway Junction in a positive way when times are tough. He is also an incredible keyboardist, vocalist and worship leader.

Karen Theriot Smith - Karen is the unstoppable female vocalist and a large part of the creative force in the group. She has been sharing her tireless passion for worshipping Jesus Christ in music ministry since childhood. She likes to keep the guys "on their toes", reminding them of the all important tasks that God has chosen for them... follow where He leads!

Kent Lirette - Kent is the indispensable lead guitarist. He is always willing to try new things with his guitar sound. Kent, like everyone of the guys, is what you would call "the salt of the earth." He plays with a God sent passion and an open spirit for Christ. Kent is always willing to go the extra mile when CWJ takes on a new project.

Keith Hoffman - Keith is a Spirit filled bass player and family man. He loves upholding the Hoffman family's long tradition of musical excellence. Keith's musical experience has molded him into a superior bass man with an incredible style range.

Todd Gayral - Todd is a humble man with a big heart for Christ. He can snap right into a solid bass groove or bring solid vocal harmonies into any vocal line. He has a faith-filled attitude towards life. Todd is a great example of a person who truly follows the example of Christ!

Mark Hebert - Mark H. is an incredible songwriter/musician. He has been in music ministry since his youth! Mark's wit and sense of humor keep us smiling. His songwriting skills are evident in the beautiful lyrics & music he creates. Collaborating with this talented man has inspired our little ministry to do bigger things for CHRIST!

Every solid music group needs a strong rhythm foundation. We are blessed to have THREE incredible drummers/percussionists:

Ritchie Labat - Ritchie is one of those true free spirits. He keeps his spirit marching in time with the Holy Spirit, and in turn, he keeps the band's music glued together tight. He is always willing to get out there and "play" for the Lord, whether he's on his motorcycle OR serving up a solid beat for worship.

Stuart Smith - Stu, an incredible drummer, has played many places between Los Angeles and New York. He has a compassionate heart that is truly devoted to the example of Jesus, and he is always willing to humbly go where God leads him.

Rod Pierce - We are so fortunate to have Rod's percussion AND vocalist experience in our group. Rod is a multi-talented guy, with a heart for Christ. He's always showing up with his great sense of humor and a greatbeat to keep the music going.
